FOUNDING DESIGN PARTNER PROGRAM

Validate SpecFormula on one real development workflow

We are working with a small number of AI-native software teams to connect requirements, system design, and test evidence to real delivery workflows.

Request a pilot

WHO IT IS FOR

Start by checking whether the engagement fits

The Pilot focuses on one bounded, verifiable product workflow. It is not a general AI coding-tool trial.

A good fit

  • You already use Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or other coding agents.
  • You have an important, bounded backend or API workflow.
  • You face requirement drift, integration rework, regression risk, or manual acceptance work.
  • Product and engineering can review the specifications and test outputs together.

Not a fit yet

  • You only want general-purpose AI code completion.
  • You do not yet have verifiable product behavior or acceptance goals.
  • You require unconfirmed enterprise controls, specific compliance certifications, or unattended self-service.

HOW THE PILOT WORKS

Four steps to a result both teams can inspect

Every step stays anchored to the same real workflow. Scope and success conditions are agreed before work begins.

  1. 01

    Fit call

Review the workflow, codebase, current risks, and whether the engagement is a fit.

  2. 02

    Scope

Select one product flow together and define its boundaries and success conditions.

  3. 03

    Build & verify

Create specifications, test paths, and reviewable, traceable verification evidence.

  4. 04

    Review

Inspect the result and its limits, then decide whether to stop, adjust, or continue.

WORKING TOGETHER

Put the required inputs and expected outputs on the same table

What you provide

  • The target workflow and user roles.
  • Existing requirements, specifications, or material that explains the intended behavior.
  • The repository and test-environment access needed for the agreed scope.
  • A product manager or domain owner who can confirm product behavior.
  • An engineer who can collaborate on technical integration.

Pilot deliverables

  • Traceable requirements and key decisions.
  • Relationships between system activities, data, and APIs.
  • Representative test paths and their evidence.
  • A list of gaps and risks in the current workflow.
  • A shared conclusion on whether deeper adoption makes sense.

COMMERCIAL TERMS

Confirm the engagement before deciding to begin

Pilot scope, timing, and commercial terms are confirmed before work starts. We do not substitute unfinished public pricing for an agreed engagement.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a charge or commitment.

FAQ

Common questions before we start

Is the Pilot paid?

There is no charge to inquire. If both teams choose to proceed, the commercial terms are confirmed separately before work begins.

How long does it take?

We do not promise a fixed duration. Timing is agreed after the fit call based on workflow scope and verification conditions.

Do we need to provide the entire repository?

Not by default. The access boundary is agreed around the selected workflow and its technical integration needs.

What data does SpecFormula retain?

Data scope, access, and retention arrangements are confirmed before work begins. Do not include passwords, keys, or sensitive data in an inquiry.

What happens after the Pilot?

Both teams review the outputs, limits, and risks, then decide whether to stop, adjust the scope, or discuss a next phase.

What happens if we are not a fit yet?

We will explain why the Pilot is not a fit at this time. An inquiry creates no charge or obligation to continue.

SMALL-SCALE IMPLEMENTATION

Start with one real workflow

Talk with the SpecFormula team to define the implementation scope and acceptance criteria, implement an AI-native software development workflow, and solve your development challenges.

Describe the system or workflow you want to implement, the risk that is hardest to control, and the development challenge you want to solve.

We’ll use these details only to review your implementation needs and contact you.
