Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of SpecFormula. SpecFormula is the service and brand name. In these terms, “SpecFormula,” “we,” and “us” mean the current operator of the service.

The legal identity and contact details of the service provider will be updated before paid commercial launch. Questions may be sent to hi@specformula.ai.

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use the service only if you are legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Team administrators may invite members and manage access. If you use SpecFormula for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

You may use SpecFormula to manage projects, requirements, tests, usage, and related development workflows. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, or use it to violate law or another person’s rights.

Pilot, beta, and test-mode features may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. We will use reasonable care but do not promise that preview functionality will always be available or error-free.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service for you.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit your content. Feedback may be used to improve SpecFormula without restriction or payment, but we will not identify you publicly as its source without permission.

• Prices, billing frequency, taxes, and plan limits are shown before checkout.
• Paid subscriptions renew until canceled unless checkout states otherwise.
• Upgrades take effect immediately; scheduled downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
• Cancellation normally preserves access through the paid billing period.

Payments are processed by Stripe and, where disclosed during checkout, an authorized billing or collection partner. We do not store your complete card number or card security code. The legal seller or statement descriptor shown at checkout or on your receipt may belong to that billing partner.

Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, fees already paid are not automatically refundable. Contact us promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address security threats, non-payment, material breach, unlawful activity, or risk to other users.

We may change or discontinue features. For material changes affecting a paid plan, we will provide reasonable notice when practicable.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” SpecFormula does not replace professional legal, security, financial, or engineering review, and generated or suggested output should be independently verified.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any responsibility for indirect or consequential loss is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update these terms and will publish a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email when appropriate. Continued use after the change becomes effective means you accept the updated terms.

Mandatory consumer and privacy laws continue to apply. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact hi@specformula.ai so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
